South African fine art photographer Sandy McLea presents "Subsequent Streets"—a powerful exploration of time, memory, and urban transformation. Each piece in this limited edition series undergoes a complex, layered process: film-based street scenes are captured, exposed in undeveloped frames, and then heat-treated to create visual distortions—bubbles, curls, and chromatic shifts. These frames are digitally scanned with minimal edits, then hand-cut and meticulously framed, preserving the raw edges and layered narrative.
Crafted as Giclée prints with acrylic embellishments, each artwork is part of a 10-edition closed series, signed and numbered by the artist.
